Truly inspirational!

Gabriela's words touched my heart and will remain there for a long time, much like a tattoo. Her story is inspiring and proof positive that despite a tragedy, a person can rise above the pain and emerge on the other side, not only stronger herself, but also stronger for her family and strong enough to share her inspirational journey with all of us.
She continues to share her jouney with us in her second book "Deep in Thought" and I have been equally moved and inspired by her strength and her words. Her books make me thankful for every break in my own heart and grateful for every scar as her journey reminds me that these breaks and scars are opportunities for growth, learning and understanding.
Eleanor Roosevelt once said "A woman is like a tea bag- you never know how strong she is until she gets in hot water." Gabriela is a perfect embodiment of that statement! Read her books and you too will feel and be inspired by her strength!

Inspirational!!!

This is the most touching personal and inspiring story I have read! I practically read it in one sitting because I just couldn't bear to walk away from the lives that were being revealed to me page by page. It will truly touch your heart.........its amazing how such a tragic event can transform a mom, a family into such an inspiration. How you find strength to keep going on beyond your wildest dreams and using that pain and new found strength to be an inspiration to others while helping heal yourself. It definitely makes you stop to realize how precious life is and how we must always take the time to appreciate every one in our lives!!!

Eye awakening

It's 1am and I just finished reading this book. It is a great reminder of how amazing life is and how we should be loving and respectful at all times to strangers and especially our loved ones. No matter what you believe in, have faith that at the complete end, you will be fine. There will always be obstacles but having the right tools, the right people by your side will help you over come any obstacle with time. God works in mysterious ways and Gabriela's life is proof to that. God bless everyone
